You will learn about the brand’s history from the founder designing the iconic style in 1948 to today. When can I visit the display? The Galpin Wunderground hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm and Sunday from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm. The display can be booked ahead of time for events. You can choose to have your events catered and we do offer valet. Which vehicles were previously displayed at Galpin Wunderground? Some of our displays have ranged from the 1955 Porsche 550/1500 RS SPYDER to the 2020 Porsche Taycan Turbo. We always keep a range of vehicles to see and always are switching up the display. Optimized driving modes The standard Sport Chrono Package's driving modes have been optimized to improve Cayenne E-Hybrid efficiency and performance. The way the battery charges provides a way of ensuring that full recuperation power is always available. Always charged to a minimum level, the battery provides sufficient boost options in the Sport and Sport Plus modes. Porsche Mobile Charger Connect Since most drivers charge their vehicles at home, the Cayenne E-Hybrid has a conventional domestic or industrial electrical socket, so charging is more efficient. Using the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect, the Cayenne E-Hybrid has a charging power of up to 7.2 kW. There is a timer setting to ensure the vehicle is ready when the driver is ready to go. The Porsche Connect App gives drivers the ability to control all the functions of their phones. More about the Cayenne E-Hybrid powertrain The Cayenne E-Hybrid has a V6 engine with the option to upgrade to the V8 bi-turbo engine in the Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid models. While these models are electric, the Sport or Sport Plus driving modes allow for drivers to switch to using the internal combustion engine. 2021 911 Targa 4 and 4S model features Entering its eighth generation, the 911 is now making a debut with its all-wheel drive 911 Targa 4 and Targa 4S models. To learn more about what you can expect from these models, keep reading. Engines Both of the 911 Targa variants will increase in power with the new generation of the three-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder boxer engines. The Targa 4 engine will produce up to 379 horsepower and 331 pound-feet of torque. The Targa 4S engine will output 443 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. All-Wheel Drive To create even better traction, the front-axle drive system, which was introduced in the 911 Carrera 4 and 4S models, has had further development. Both the clutch and differential unit have reinforced clutch discs and are water-cooled to allow for more strength and higher load capacity. Increased comfort and sharper handling The electronically controlled variable damping Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system is a standard feature on the 2021 911 Targa 4 and 4S models. There are two modes that can be activated by the touch of a button to optimize each drive. Extravagant design The Targa bar and roof are the most striking features of the 911 Targa. To give homage to its classic 1960s and 1970s models, the Targa bar will come standard in silver but can black as an optional choice. 2021 Porsche Cayenne GTS and Cayenne GTS Coupe Porsche has recently announced two model variants to its Cayenne lineup. These two models are the Cayenne GTS and Cayenne GTS Coupe, which both mark the return of a V8 engine to the GTS models. Keep reading to learn more about these two models. Central Sport Exhaust As standard equipment for all Cayenne GTS models, the Sport Exhaust has a specially configured system that features tailpipes on the outer edges of the rear bumper and a fitting soundtrack. For those who want something different, shoppers can opt-in for the new emotive center exhaust system with oval-shaped tips. This is available through the Lightweight Sport Package and is louder than the Sport Exhaust system. Suspension created to lower center of gravity The 2021 Cayenne GTS models will receive revised Porsche Active Suspension Management dampers combined with standard three-chamber Air Suspension. Together these components lower the chassis by 30 mm. Sport Design package Some standard design features in the GTS models include 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels in satin black, LED headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System and side window trim. Other design features include standard eight-way sport seats, high-quality materials like Alcantara and black brushed aluminum and GTS logos which are found on the front doors, door sills, headrests and tachometer. Pricing These two models should be expected to roll into dealerships in the fall of 2020. The starting MSRP for the 2021 Cayenne GTS is $107,300 and $110,500 for the 2021 Cayenne GTS Coupe.
